Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum order is $50 for delivery (excluding delivery fee) and $50 for pick up.
What is the delivery fee?
There is a $9.95 delivery fee. Alternatively you can pick up for free.
Where do we deliver?
Our delivery area is mostly inner suburban Melbourne. Check if we deliver to you by entering your postcode into the 'Do We Deliver?' at the top of the page.
I can't be home for delivery? Is this ok?
It is preferable that you are home to receive delivery, however you can leave us a note in the checkout process informing us where to leave your box. Please choose somewhere out of sight, away from pets and protected from the weather. Please note we are not be responsible for your box once it is delivered. By completing the check out process you are agreeing to the condition that we are not responsible for any possible theft or damage after we have delivered. Proof of delivery can be provided if requested.
How can I be sure it is organic?
Garden Organics is a Certified Organic Retailer with Australian Certified Organic (ACO 3002). This means we agree to abide by the ACO Standards in the way we operate. We are audited at least once a year to ensure we comply with the Standards. All our products are Certified Organic or Certified Biodynamic. We do not sell or substitute with conventional products.
Can I exchange items in the boxes?
Yes - up to 2 items. In the "note to seller" box on the cart page, add a note of which items you don't want in the box. If you are after a particular item please select them from the individual produce items.
Are the prices the same at the market stall?
The online prices are slightly more expensive to cover wages for staff to pick and pack your order. The market stall prices change during the week according to supply fluctuations.
Can I phone my order in?
Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment due to the volume of orders.
Where is my delivery? What time will it come?
Please be patient and we will get you delivery to you as soon as possible and within the time-frame selected.
There is a problem with my delivery. What do I do?
Please contact us on 0434 611 593 during business hours or via email and we will return your call ASAP to discuss what is wrong. To be eligible for a refund you must contact us within 2 days of delivery.
